    help please!!!!!!!!

    I have a big problem ... I bought samsung galaxy 10.1v week ago ... and now I completely block when I played the game .... you can not even shut down or unlocked ... just see the background and notice at the bottom of the screen .... jel is happening to you or if you have any suggestion or solution to what to do?? If you do not then I will granulate VIP (Vodafone), where I bought it .... otherwise I'm in Croatian

    I hope you all understand, because I do not speak fluent English
